Who we are
Easy Hospital Equipment ("we", "our", "us") is a South African supplier of medical equipment. Our physical address is Rm 321, Gariep Mediclinic, 112 Mac Dougall St, El Toro Park, Kimberley, 8301. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use our website, request a quote, place an order or contact us.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, business or institution name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and the details of the products you are enquiring about. When you place an order, we may also record your purchase order number and banking reference. We do not store credit card details — payments are made by EFT or purchase order.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare and send quotations, process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide after-sales support, invoice you and comply with legal and tax requirements. Where you have opted in, we may send occasional product updates or specials, and you can opt out at any time.
Legal basis and POPIA
We process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We only collect information that is necessary for the purposes described above, and we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, or a legitimate business interest where applicable.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with third parties needed to provide our service, such as couriers for delivery and, where applicable, our hosting and communications providers. These parties process your information only on our behalf and are bound to protect it.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, for tax records). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to the processing of your information or withdraw consent.
