Everything you need to know about how we quote, invoice and deliver medical equipment in South Africa.
Nationwide delivery
We deliver by courier to all nine South African provinces — Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and Northern Cape. Delivery costs depend on the size, weight and destination of the order and are confirmed on your quotation before you commit.
Lead times
Stocked items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Larger equipment such as hospital beds, theatre and imaging equipment may be indent items with longer lead times — we confirm the expected timeframe in writing on every quote.
Pricing and VAT
All prices shown on the website are in South African Rand and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is shown on the final invoice. Where a product shows no price, it is quoted on request because pricing depends on configuration or current supply.
Payment options
We accept EFT payment and official purchase orders from hospitals, practices, government institutions and approved account customers. Banking details are supplied on your quotation and proforma invoice.
Bulk and tender orders
For bulk purchases, tenders and equipping a new facility, send your item list through the quote form and we will price the full schedule, including delivery and installation requirements where applicable.
